I had no idea that there was a site for midget/sprint enthusiasts. I recently purchased a TQ midget that is sitting on a '47 Crosley frame and am torn between racing/restoring and selling to an enthusiast. Any input would be appreciated...I have driven the little beast twice and really enjoyed it...

Jerry nice talking to you some time ago,Sorry it took so long for me to answer.Enjoyed your web site very much, time sure goes by fast, really enjoyed your pictures, the 1st picture of the the 71 car was my 1st race, july 4th at Rushville.in my Dads car he got from Russ Hankins. One other picture we were at I beleive was at Owensboro,Ky there was two #71s so they taped off the #1 on my car.I was just looking at Winchester oldtimers 2009 on Indiana Open Wheel web site,I think there is a picture of a copy of the #71,that Russ Hankins built. You have one picture of Dave Blankinship in Dads car when I drove the #8 car for Ancel Yager well better sign off for now, keep up the good work. Tell your Dad and Brother I said Hi Carl Nigh Jr Ventura Ca

I built 3 tq's in all, 2 from "scratch". My Son and I raced with the bunch at East Moline, IL Speedway, then at Macomb, IL and then at Bluegrass, IA Speedway from the 60's until then the early 90's. I still have the last one sitting in my garage that I would like to sell. lots of tq pictures on my web site www.kwiksystems.com and it's the number 34 one.
